Privacy
Last updated 14 May 2026Feelingfield never reads your desires. We never train AI on them. We delete them when you leave.
This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to remove. It applies to the Feelingfield iOS app and to feelingfield.com. The marketing waitlist on this site is a separate, simple email list — it is not linked to any app account.
What we collect
- Account. An Apple ID identifier so you can sign in and recover your subscription. No password is stored.
- Your desire and onboarding answers. Stored on our servers so we can generate your audio, and sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We do not read them, and we do not sell or share them. You can delete them anytime in Settings → Account.
- Generated audio and captions. Stored in a private bucket and served to you through short-lived signed links.
- Subscription state. Plan, renewal date, and trial status, verified with Apple.
- Anonymous product events. Screen views, button taps, generation success and failure counts. Used to fix what is broken and improve the ritual. No event payload contains your desire text.
- Diagnostics. Crash and error reports, scrubbed of personal content.
What we never collect
- We never collect ad identifiers and we do not sell data.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not use your desire text to train any model.
How your desire is protected
The text of your desire and your onboarding answers travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are stored on our database so we can generate your audio and keep your session history. Access is limited to running the service; you can delete this data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete my data.
Providers we use
Generating audio requires a few specialist services. Each handles your text in transit and then forgets it, under commercial terms that forbid training on your inputs.
- Anthropic (Claude) — writes the script.
- Mistral (Voxtral) — voices the script and generates captions.
- Apple — handles your subscription and identity.
- Cloudflare — hosts feelingfield.com and stores the audio files.
- PostHog — anonymous product analytics and error reporting.
How long we keep things
- Your library and onboarding answers are kept while you are subscribed, plus a 30-day grace window after you cancel. After that, they are deleted.
- Subscription records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting law requires it.
- Anonymous events are kept indefinitely. They are not linked back to you.
- The marketing waitlist email is kept until launch and then either migrated to your account on opt-in, or deleted.
Asking us to delete your data
Write to hello@feelingfield.com from the email tied to your Apple ID and ask. We will erase everything personal within thirty days and confirm by reply. Subscription records held for tax law will be retained and not used for anything else.
Children
Feelingfield is for adults. The App Store rates it accordingly. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under thirteen.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date above and, where it makes sense, notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
