These terms apply to your use of Feelingfield, the iOS app, and feelingfield.com. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Feelingfield is

Feelingfield generates personal manifestation audios from a desire you describe. Each session is created for one person and one moment. The app is offered for reflection and ritual use, not as medical, psychological, financial, or spiritual advice.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the device that holds your Apple ID and for any activity through your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

By using Feelingfield you agree not to:

• Describe desires that harm a real, identifiable person.
• Use the service to generate content involving minors in any sexual or romantic context.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the service.
• Use the service for any purpose unlawful where you live.

We may decline to generate audio that conflicts with these rules and, in serious cases, suspend the account.

Subscription, trial, and billing

Feelingfield is sold on a subscription basis through Apple's App Store. The current plans and prices are shown inside the app before you purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before that point. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Refunds

Subscriptions are sold by Apple, and refunds are issued by Apple under the App Store rules. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Feelingfield cannot issue refunds directly.

The audio you receive

You may listen to, save offline within the app, and personally enjoy the audios generated for you. You may not redistribute, resell, license, or publicly broadcast them. The voice, music, and brand are ours.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, or change features over time, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid users.

Disclaimers

Feelingfield is provided as-is. It is not therapy, medicine, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified local service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Feelingfield is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Feelingfield operates from, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local consumer law gives you another right.

Changes

If these terms change in a material way, we will update the date above and notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
